Joe is a class clown who probably went through a phase in second grade where they picked their nose and ate it. Most Joes are complete idiots, why would I say this, I say this because they go by the name Joe. For example I know a Joe, he pretends that we made out one time while that is comepletely false, I'm gay, and even if I wasn't I wouldn't kiss such a stereotypical banana peel.
