Jerry Joto (pronounced HO-TO) is the name of an infamous cross-dresser from Rocky Ford, CO. during the 1990s to early 2000s. Joto is spanish for gay or homosexual. He was known for walking the streets in full drag and has become a term of sarcastic and insulting humor. However, the name is not associated with the person's real name. It was culturally invented and adopted.
