A slur for bodybuilders who workout only on isolation exercises like curls, extensions etc. that are only good for aesthetics and don't build functional strength as opposed to the "big lifts" like squats, rows, and dead-lifts that the champions use. The underlying premise is that the bodybuilders "pussy out" from doing compound exercises because they're more demanding when compared to isolation exercises.
