A HotRail (not to be confused with a "Hot rail") is Chase Hensley snorting crystal meth (usually iso) through a heated glass tube in various peculiar or idiosyncratic locations while wearing gloves. During the majority of these HotRail instances, the the setting at which the phenomenon is taking place would be straight up bizarre, typically making one question why he's doing it there, how he got himself in this situation, and why he's so desperate for a hot rail that the discussed situation is actively occurring at that moment.
