Hoober Inc. was founded in 2016 by TheDogisintheOven and Fairygloss while they were being silly in Dms. Together, they own 100 percent of its shares. They incorporated Hoober as a privately held company Autumn 2016. An initial public offering (IPO) took place on January 14, 2016 and the Hoober Inc. Discord was created.
