(Herveing / Herved) - Adjective used to describe someone in a position of power that projects a sense of "benifiting the greater good" while clearly acting in a selfish manner benifiting themselves alone with little consideration. Routinely used to describe someone who assumes they are the smartest person in the room and selfishly enforces their percieved reality onto an audience without any feedback, information, understanding of your own bias or consideration of the potential negative impacts to others. Can be ruotinely used to describe Managers, Boss', Politicians, Executives and Sociopaths alike.
