The best books in the whole world. I am one of the most obsessed fans out there and I can tell you this book is nothing like Lord of the Rings! They have two completely different plots. Twi-hards complain Harry Potter has no love. The central theme is love! Not the teenage love, which isn't real but the kind of sacrificing yourself to create a better world for your kid, or protecting someone, but there is also the romantic type such as the complex relationship between Ron and Hermione. People who dis the books haven't even read them. Harry Potter has strong female characters and realistic characters. Despite being magical, you can actually relate to these charaters because they have both good and bad sides, and the complexity of Snape is more interesting, intense, and developed, than many book series all together.
