when your either soo buzzed up you dont have a grasp for what is going on around you. or when you havent slept in some hours and have been humping all day to the point your tired and Gumbied out. eye lids cant stay open, ya know falling asleep at the wheel kinda thing. and ppl talking your ear off, not getting the hint that you want them to leave, your to tired and just want to go to sleep.
