Globocall Tee
A telemarketing call conducted by a bank of operators in a (third world) country as an attempt to rival the annoyance of the Robocall but with a personal touch and presumably without adding cost. A good Globocall is characterized by any of the following: severe phoneline static, several seconds of latency, a caller with an essentially incomprehensible accent, and of course a caller that clearly has no idea where you are or what you may be doing at the time of these always inconvenient calls.
