A girl (of any race) who although is from the ghetto and street smart is also put together and sophisticated. She usually dates or knows many thugs, knows gang signs and street code and has brothers or boyfriends with street cred so shes always protected. She usually is dressed well, high maintenance, has a smart mouth, speaks well and although is often ratchet, can turn it off and become well mannered whenever she wants. She doesnt live the same struggle as many ghetto girls, she's always got money (usually given to her and not from working) she isnt messed with because of her status and is accepted by the rest of society along with usually getting her way.
