ghetto is a word to describe a very black person thing to do or say like how putting a tv on the arm rest of a couch because you dont want to buy a table or maybe more rather what a poor person dose like how when i say poor persons house you imagane an old run down dirty house that house would be considered ghetto or it could be somthing stupid because they cant afford to accualy do it the right way like if somone walks in a store without a mask ps this was writen during the pandemic of COVID19 so instead of buying a mask they would problobly hold a towel over there face
