GATSO
Short for "Gatsometer" - a Dutch made "photographic trap" system used in the UK and Europe to identify speeding motorists. The GATSO traps are unmanned and take a photo of the rear of the speeding vehicle. "Gatsometer BV" was founded in 1958 by Maurice Gatsonides, who was a famous rally driver and invented the "Gatsometer". This was the world's first reliable speed measuring device.
