A fortune cookie is a person (Usually a girl/woman) that updates social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter, always saying wise quotes about anything (Mainly love or song lyrics) then using hearts at the end. The easiest way to deal with a Fortune Cookie is either post on their page with stupid quotes or just call them a Fortune Cookie until they learn why its dumb to do that.
