First spotted September 22, 2014 at 5:55 pm San Francisco time via a Facebook quiz from the company Jebdu . com. The name of the individual who coined the phrase at the company is unknown at this time (it wasn't me, I don't work there!) If you looked up fonqa while doing the quiz to prove that it IS in the dictionary, please add your location and date.
