Feedback Queen

A person who, usually in a position of management in an organisation, can say nothing nice, is never pleased, brings nothing to the table besides a bag of negative feedback. Often a result of being out of touch and living in an Ivory Tower, detached from the workplace processes and reality in general. Can be found in mid to upper management positions in corporate, creative or tech industry settings, where justifying over-inflated salaries unfortunately requires creating further unnecessary busy work for their overworked and underpaid employees. Usually characterised by having radioactive personality auras that can only be described as 'Tyra Banks crossed with Kathy Bates' character from the movie Misery'.
