Fake-hawk
A fake-hawk is the new hairstyle that has been adopted by whining, crying, emo-metal bands. It incorporates a normal, short to medium length haircut that is shaped, ultimately through products such as gel or spray, into a simulated mo-hawk. The hair molded up toward the center line of the head from the back of the neck to the forehead, but unlike a true mo-hawk, the hair on the sides of the head remain. Also called a poser-hawk.
