"The Runaways", began in 1975. Failure Cock means, "inadequate low level boyfriend with nothing to offer the girl" - "A man or boy who feels the need to create havoc in a relationship being professional or romantic in order of capturing attention" "Failure cock" as Kim would describe can also relate and be relevant to bad business deals in the music industry.
