It is pronounced - EFF-A-LICK-REE-UM. The z is silent. The slight hint of fog you see rising up from the ground. It's not actually fog nor is it smoke. In scientific studies it has been proven to have a distinct smell, that of a ghost fart. When this phenomenon takes place be sure to get a quick whiff but, be sure to hurry upon seeing this "fog". It does not last long since ghosts tend to disappear quickly.
