Mostly of African origin, although considered Latino. Most Spanish blood there comes from Puerto Rico prior the Spanish-American War, since most Spanish fled Dominican Republic after France took over. 3. desendants of the first slaves of the New World, which are not so mixed as their neighbor Puerto Rico. 4. a people on the rise, although they need to stop their hate crimes againts the Puerto Ricans--the chosen ones who have constantly lend a helping hand.
