When some jackass motherfucker says or does something incredibly stupid that they delusionally think is praiseworthy and should be the reason everyone likes and admires them, you could say "congrats for being a big fucking pompous dumbass who lacks the basic human decency to shut the fuck up about yourself and remains oblivious as to how others perceive your clueless arrogance." Or, you can save yourself the effort and just say "congrat"
