Conditional DNP is a term used on the site E621.net which is a website hosting furry porn (Yiff). The acronym means: 'conditional Do Not Post' this means that the artist whishes you not to repost it unless certain criterias are met. This is a tag on E621 which is shown in the artist category, this is why many people mistake it for an artist. (I did so myself, thats why i made this to help others)
