(ironic) a subcommunity, particularly a subreddit, of a larger fandom that's usually more ironic and self-deprecating than the larger community, often mocking the larger community's circlejerking(2). can often be seen using the tone indicators /uj (unjerk) to indicate a deviation from the irony of the community and /rj (rejerk) to indicate a return to the irony. follow a naming convention of "community circlejerk", i.e. r/gamingcirclejerk, r/muacirclejerk, etc. (derivative of def. 2) 4.
