Chore boy and a rose
Sold at convienence stores as a pair, possibly used to smoke crack or other drugs. Consists of a chore boy scrub pad and a small glass tube with a miniature rose inside. Glass tube in approx 1/4 inch thick and 4 inches long. Remove rose, stuff in a piece of the chore boy to act as a filter. Then when the drugs are gone, some smoke the chore boy.
