Cannabis, either resin or leaf. A term used in London and the South East of England. Originally nicknamed cheeba (taken from the song "Space Cowboy" by Jamiroquai) circa 1993, and subsequently becoming known as chubby. Due to the invasion of Afghanistan and the installed regime, Chelabi became the next logical progression. Several variations on the theme are Chubby, Chubbage, Hans Chelabi, Yohans Chelabi, Corporal Chelabi, The Hans, The Corporal
