1. The state of having a rash around the genitals caused by rubbing or itching the scrotum or inner thigh. Usually the result of friction and sometimes associated with the "chafed banana," or the "chafed asshole challenge." 2. The one down side of masturbation. 3. When glutenous greedy folks rub others the wrong way the friction is said to be chafin them. 4. A term for a group of corrupt West Virginians who srew the state so much they are called "Chafins."
