Basically the oldest, most selective, richest Canadian universities - McGill University, University of Toronto and Queen's University. There are others that get honourable mention, but these three are the top dogs, all within a few hours of each other, and all highly internationally ranked. All three have ties to the American Ivy League too, and were even founded before Canada had its own constitution.
