(Phrase, "A heart of Cadmium") Used to describe someone who is generally friendly and outgoing, and also very brave and just; someone who will always do whatever's right, even if it's at their own expense. 4. (Archaic/Old): Slang for someone who is overly flashy with their gestures or actions, especially when unnecessary, used around the mid 1900s in rural parts of Southern America.
