When fat bitches have a fatter than normal lower abdomen. It looks like their Butt is in the Front. Hence, Butt Front. Origin Theories: 1. The disease derives its name from the fact that Old Bitches with Big Fuckin' Cans just go to sleep one night ... then BLAMO!
