Buellering
Inspired by popular film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "Buellering" is an experimental form of regression therapy where an individual takes a break from regular adult responsibilities to spend a period of time engrossed in a nostalgic combination of film / art / food enjoyed in childhood in order to reconnect with the inner child, ground oneself and elicit positive emotions. Buellering is yet to be officially recognised as a legitimate therapy technique.
