In drug slang, Blue Eyes White Dragon is another colloquial name for Crystal methamphetamine. The term caught on with some popularity after the success of the TV series, Breaking Bad, which saw the protagonist anti-hero Walter White cooking a particularly potent form of crystal meth. Also known as ice or speed, the act of seeking out additional methamphetamine is sometimes called ‘chasing the dragon’, giving the term another layer of resonance. In the anime, BEWD’s signature attack was ‘white lightning’, which probably added another association with the powerful stimulant due to the famous Velvet Underground album and song, White Light / White Heat—also about the drug.

My wife bought this for me, my only thing about the shirt, is the big Vernon on the front. I think I would prefer it situated and smaller type as if overva pocket. Other than that I love it.
