BLOCKCUNT: - A woman who makes it her routine practice to send spiteful, accusatory and or irritating cell phone text messages and emails to people and immediately blocks them. Her objective is to gain personal pleasure by frustrating and angering recipients by not being able to respond. - A narcissistic, emotionally insecure or bi-polar woman that gains pleasure by taking cheap shots at people only when she can prevent them from responding - A piss stain of a woman that gets pleasure out of sending annoying texts and emails and blocks the recipient from responding - A woman (thief) that deliberately blocks you so she can keep the stuff you left at her place.
