BFFATM is an abbreviation, which simply stands for Best Friend Forever At The Moment. It may be used by people who do not believe that friendship lasts forever, but still enjoy the idea of being "best friends forever" or "BFF"s with somebody. By ending it with "At The Moment", they just explain that they are best friends while they are, and at one point they may/may not break up. But no one knows how long the moment will last. It could be a lifetime. ;)

My wife bought this for me, my only thing about the shirt, is the big Vernon on the front. I think I would prefer it situated and smaller type as if overva pocket. Other than that I love it.
