A seemingly hard and painful shit that can't seem to come out due it's size and hardness. A barbed shit often feels very sharp as if it's got splinters stuck in it. Similar to a sharp shooter apart from the fact that a barbed shit comes out very slow, and a sharp shooter splutters out fast (but still painful)
