BablaTabla is a phrase coined by the president of the United Nation of Balangad in the year 2018 under extreme circumstances. It represents "versatility", depicting the use of chests as a tabla(an Indian percussion instrument). The deeper meaning behind this is that anything can be used as anything, it's upto you to change the norm.
