A children's TV program about "weird animals" based on books by Marc Brown. It features the eponymous anthropomorphic aardvark Arthur Read dealing with everyday issues with his family and friends in Elwood City. It's also known for its catchy theme song, which goes: Everyday when you're walking down the street everybody that you meet has an original point of view. And I say, "Hey! (Hey!) What a wonderful kind of day where you can learn to work and play and get along with each other." You got to listen to your heat. Listen to the beat. Listen to the rhythm, the rhythm of the street. Good stuff! Although, I do have a sneaking suspicion that this is cursed. You see, whenever i dawn this top-teir, soft, stylish shirt - I proceed to pass out within 46 seconds. The mere act of making contact with the material insues the process of this countdown starting. If I do not quit contact, i will lose conciousness the exact moment the countown hits 0. And when I regain clarity, I find myself in a bathtub - never mine, but a bathtub nevertheless. In the bathtub, there is always various colours of hairdye. I then have to go back home, shirt stained with dye. Very fashionable though! 10/10
