Arabian Tickler
The Arabian Tickler is a sexual act where you delicately pull out someone's eye, leaving the eye hanging by the optic nerve and proceed to skull-fuck the eye socket. The tickler part of the of the phrase refers to the tickling sensation cause by the dangling eye on skull-fucker's ballsack. The term originated in the 1940s where a substitute for alcohol was needed during prohibition.
