Sanskrit meaning "unhurt" "unstruck" and "unbeaten". <i>Anahata Nad</i> refers to the Vedic concept of unstruck sound, the sound of the celestial realm. Also the name of the fourth primary chakra, the heart chakra, in Hindu Yoga and Tantric traditions. Anahata Yoga is a form of yoga focusing on opening the anahata chakra.
