Amendment :3

Section 1. Any individual who uses the text symbol “:3” in written communication shall be deemed cute. Section 2. For the purposes of this Amendment, “:3” is defined as a text symbol depicting a smiling face with a playful or affectionate expression, often used in digital communication to convey feelings of warmth, joy, or endearment. Section 3. This Amendment shall be implemented in the spirit of kindness and positive expression, recognizing that the use of “:3” signifies an attempt to spread happiness and good cheer in communication. Section 4. No laws, regulations, or interpretations shall contradict or undermine the spirit of this Amendment, which is to promote a culture of friendliness and appreciation among individuals.
