When a small child is bathing in a bath tub and they release a combination of defecate and air out of their anus, causing the bath water to slightly change color and bubble. The adult supervisor then kicks the child out of the bathtub and tries to repeat the process themselves, playing in the feces and bubbles while also ingesting them orally.
