An AkaBallsack, or sometimes shortened to Ballsack, is the surname of Christian Akaballsack of Abbey Wood, London. He's surname consists of this because of the level of BallSack that he is, for example, Akaballsack saying he is a 7/10 in looks, when he clearly could not be above a 3.
