A cosmetic skin for the character 'Bloodhound' in the free to play battle royale video game 'Apex Legends'. To aquire the skin at launch of the cosmetic you had to buy 24 other cosmetic items first, which rounded roughly to 160 American dollars, hence the nickname was born.
