A guido who goes to the gym everyday and uses steroids to get huge muscles. You can typically find these guidos shopping at GNC for muscle enhancers that increase the volume of the muscles to it's maximum. These guids are so jacked that it's almost sickening looking at. A perfect example of this is Dave D. Through steroids and gnc he managed to turn scrawny into jacked. His muscles are almost ready to explode!
