Alternately, "flappity" can be used to describe a person who is literally flapping one's arms about or who is using a "flappity" sort of object, such as a flag. Verbal use of the word "flappity" often involves jazz hands, although this is of course optional. The motion is very helpful in explaining the definition of "flappity" to another person. Also known as "getting one's panties in a twist." Other forms of the word include "flappiness," "flappiest," and "flap."

Recently my brother and I were talking about the Trawna Maple Leafs. I decided to look it up and sure enough there is was Trawna the city I grew up in. Now who has the last laugh.
