Someone who has a sexual attraction to members of their own sex. Contrary to alot of the definitions here, homosexuality is not a choice, and is generally considered to be biological by the majority of scientists. However, alot of ignorant people, normally religious types, ignore the evidence that homosexuality is a biological phenomenon, and consider it to be wrong. Their main reason for this is normally because an old book says so. Even many atheists may argue that homosexuality is against nature, however it's well known that there are many animals which indulge in homosexual activites, including apes and penguins.
