A bummus chummus is a loving gesture between platonic friends. While it is intimate, it is not sexual in nature and thus can be performed by any gender on any gender. It typically starts out as a hug between two people, when one person reaches down and grabs a butt cheek in each hand and gently lifts and separates the cheeks.
