A solo situation where the speaker is indicating the are going to get dressed and leave (presumably to meet with the person they are speaking to) - in this use it is indicative that the speaker needs time to get ready before they can leave and is a way to communicate to the person they are speaking to that it’s best not to ask what they need to do first and that privacy is a good plan. It essentially indicates that “you don’t want to know” so “don’t ask“ to the person that they are speaking to you, but also indicates that once they get done with whatever scandalous or nefarious act, they are engaged in they will be leaving.
