Derogatory way to refer to someone. You're basically saying that they're below the human race, and saying this shows how much you hate the person you're referring to. As you refuse to acknowledge them as anything less than human. A thing that has no gender, no he or she, only ze. Because having gender makes them human or a living creature. As putting the emphasis on Z on your vocabulary would give the strong impression of contemptible hate. Instead of pronouncing S you pronounce Z, so in every word that has the s, you replace it with z.
