Yankee Doodle
A sexual maneuver that can be performed by opposite or same sex couples. Sometimes this can also be performed in group sex scenarios. A member of the party sticks their non-lubricated index finder into the anus of their sexual partner and calls it macaroni. After a few good pokes, and once there is an ample amount of shit on the index finger, you forcefully remove it (the Yankee) and finger paint with it on your partners back (the Doodle).
