They will try and form alliances with others to back them up in their scheme as well as spread rumors and flat out lies. They appear jolly and happy and go out of their way to make jokes with the bosses but when you actually get to know the person they are more miserable then you could very imagine. They will try and start fights with you and then turn the situation around on you as if you were the bad guy.
