A term that Stands for: wind assisted fucking asshole These people are ignorant arseholes (usually middle or upper class) who go sailing for 'pleasure' usually in heavy commercial traffic areas but don't know the first thing about safely controlling a vessel on the sea. They automatically think that their sail gives them the right of way and can often be seen cutting infront of fast ferries, tugboats and other vessels that actually have a legitimate purpose on the water. They are despised by tugboat captains, ferry captains and basically anybody else on the water, fishermen especially.
